چکیده
Mastitis is highly prevalent infection in cattle causing cost-effective loss dairy milk production. Escherichia coli the most frequently isolated bacteria mastitis worldwide. The current study was performed to investigate prevalence and effect of different antibiotics against pathogens it. In sum, 216 samples were collected randomly including 108 each from both cows buffaloes. These subjected Surf Field Test for that found 18.50% 23.14% buffaloes respectively. more at age 9-10 years reported 35% 32% affected showed 65% containg watery fluid having blood, pus mucus whereas 36% had fluid. Pus blood content be 12% 16% Sub-clinical as 56% 55% respectively while acute 4% 5% similar fashion. groups Right-for part udder than any other. Among commonly used four antibiotics, Norfloxacine observed effective antibiotic control compared Gentamycin, Penicillin ciprofloxacin. benefit this diagnose use isolate further processing like sensitivity resistance. This will help veterinarians better selection mastitis.

Antimicrobial susceptibility profile of isolates from pediatric blood stream infections.
We describe the pathogens and their antimicrobial profile causing blood stream infections in children over a 4-year period. The commonest pathogens were: non-fermenting Gram negative bacilli other than Pseudomonas, Salmonella species, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella species. High rates of drug-resistance were observed.
متن کاملPrevalence and Antimicrobial Susceptibility of Bacterial Isolates from Subclinical Mastitis in Dairy Farms in Kosovo
The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows in Kosovo and the antimicrobial susceptibility of isolated bacteria. Six hundred and twenty four milk samples from individual quarters of 156 lactating cows were tested using California Mastitis Test (CMT) and the positive samples were further analysed using conventional methods for isolation of main mas...
متن کاملAntifungal susceptibility profile of diferent yeasts isolates from wild animals, cow's milk with subclinical mastitis and hospital environment.
Yeast infections have acquired great importance due to increasing frequency in immunocompromised patients or patients undergoing invasive diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, and also because of its high morbidity and mortality. At the same time, it has been seen an increase in the emergence of new pathogenic species difficult to diagnose and treat. The aim of this study was to determine the ...

Introduction: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is a nosocomial multi drug resistant opportunistic pathogen which causes infections in vulnerable patients with cancer, cystic fibrosis and indwelling catheters. Methods: 45 clinical S. maltophilia isolates were collected from blood samples and identified by biochemical tests. Susceptibility to different antibiotics including co-trimoxazole, levofloxac...
